Shipping policy

At Las Mareas, we are dedicated to delivering your luxury sleep essentials promptly and securely. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery Time Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the specific items ordered. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be subject to carrier delays.

3. Shipping Destinations We currently offer shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
