Wash before first use. Wash one set at a time on a gentle cold cycle. Do not use fabric softeners, bleach, or dryer sheets. Tumble dry low and remove promptly to prevent wrinkles. Do not over-dry. Air dry when possible for best results. Warm iron as needed.

  • Bedding is covered by our 30-day Keep-It Promise for comfort, preference, or change-of-mind concerns.
  • For approved Keep-It Promise claims, bedding is not returned to our warehouse. We ask that you donate or gift the item locally and send us a photo confirming it has been passed along.
  • Approved Keep-It Promise claims may be resolved with either a replacement of the same product type or store credit for the full amount paid.
  • If your replacement choice costs less, the difference will be issued as store credit. If it costs more, you’ll simply pay the difference at checkout.
  • To keep this promise sustainable, it is limited to one approved bedding claim per household within any 12-month period.
  • Sound machines and aroma devices are eligible for support within 30 days of delivery for approved damage, defects, or verified manufacturing faults.
  • For all other items, damaged, defective, or incorrect order issues must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be resolved through either a replacement or a refund, depending on the approved claim.
  • U.S. orders typically process in 1–3 business days and ship in 3–10 business days.
